Dhyana Vidhi continues..

Sloka 381:

Contemplating continuously upon this Atman, with no intervention of any other thoughts, one must surely realize It as one’s own Real Self.

Sloka 382:

If you can’t break the pot and exhausts those contents, at-least put a few holes in the mind so that thoughts will vanish through those holes! likewise, renounce all identifications and live empty to attain liberation.

Sloka 383:

Aathma Darsanam / Continuous attention to Self:

Purify inner equipment upon the Self so that the infinite Self can be realized.

Sloka 384:

The Indivisible and Infinite Brahman is like the endless sky, to realize that Atman, one must free from all limitations such as body, mind, sense organs/intellects, pranas and ego being Upadhis (limiting adjuncts).

Sloka 385:

Brahman is indeed one. When limited space disappear there will be only unlimited space left!!
