Sloka 375:
To experience bliss the Mumukshu must possess the following practices:
Extreme dispassion, Samadhi, Steady Realization that will lead to realizing truth/absolute Brahman to free from bondage.
Sloka 376:
Be dispassionate both within and without for the mind to be always on eternal self. A complete Self-controlled seeker can easily achieve liberation.
Sloka 377:
Sense objects are like poison. Throw away all selfish action and stay away from unreal false pride of Kulam, Gothram and Varna (Family order, Clan and Caste) then fix your mind on Self. In reality, you are Brahman itself witnessing all happening in and around.
