The Big Powers : Agitating and Veiling (Thamo and Rajo Gunas).

Sloka 143:

The Atman is screened off by the utter ignorance like the cloud hinder Sun light and to make life difficult the Vikshepa Sakthi (Rajas) bring more sadness.

Sloka 144:

Man’s bondage keep increasing due to the power of Thomo and Rajas gunas which force them to be the victim of birth and death life cycle.
