Athma Nishta Niroopanam continues….

Sloka 361:

The mind through meditation gets purified by removing Satwa, Rajas and Thamas impurities and attains the nature of Brahman.

Sloka 362:

Only by constant meditation practice mind merges with Absolute Brahman and the Sadhak passes from Samadhi to Savikalpa to Nirvikalpa Samadhi.

Sloka 363:

The result of Samadhi practice will lead to the destruction of “Desire Knots” and help the Seeker to realize the nature of Brahman.

Sloka 364:

One time Nirvikalpa Samadhi equals one hundred thousands of “Reflection/Nidhidhyasanam”, hundred times of Meditation/Mananam and far superior to Listening/Sravanam. Jnanasadhana (Practice of Knowledge path prescribe important three steps viz: Sravanam, Mananam and Nidhi-dhyasanam).
