Condemnation of the Ego (Ahamkara Nindha) continued…

Sloka 301:

Intellect produces Ego. That Ego reminds one that he/she is the Body, not Athman!! Only when Ego get destroyed in individual one can attain Brahman.

Sloka 302:

The treasure of the Bliss-of-Brahman is enwrapped by the mighty and dreadful Serpent of the Ego-sense (Here the Serpent is Ego), and jealously guarded for its selfish use by its three fierce hoods called three Gunas (Sathwa, Rajas and Thamas). With the help of the Sword of Realization, one should destroy the hoods of Serpent and capture the treasure. Study of Sastras and gaining absolute knowledge will be helpful for this act.
