ATTITUDE IN MEDITATION continued:
Sloka 253:
A thing perceived in delusion disappears in discrimination when its substratum is seen.
Sloka 254:
AIDS TO MEDITATION:
You are Brahman (Thathwam Asi) in other words beyond everything in terms of Manasa, Vacha & Karmana, keep this in mind while meditation and you are that Brahman itself.
Sloka 255:
The Supreme Brahman is a pure mass of Consciousness, a beginningless entity. Keep this in mind while on your meditation and you are that Brahman itself.
Sloka 256:
Brahman is untouched by Six waves of Sorrows (They are: Kshupthi/Hunger, Paasam/Thurst, Sokam/Resulvion/Sudden Reaction for objects producing sorrows, Moham/Delusory fascination for pleasurable objects, Jara/Old age and Mruthyu/Death)
